Summer Freshman/June-January Students: The Summer Freshmen program gives new students the advantage of coming to campus early and taking classes, which helps in the transition from high school to college. This program begins during the summer and continues in the Spring semester. If you are accepted as an on-campus resident, we will plan on housing you for Summer and Spring unless you notify us otherwise. You will receive information in March/April regarding Summer housing and then again in November regarding Spring housing. When you return in the Spring, be prepared to also follow the instructions regarding the HOST process to secure housing for the upcoming Fall/Spring academic year. At that time, you will be considered a Returning student to go through the HOST process.

Housing Assignments
Students can request a roommate for the spring semester but we may not be able to honor your request. During the Spring semesters, most of the time, we only have open spaces to assign students who will be attending the spring semester. If we do have some open rooms for spring, then we will try and honor as many roommate requests as we can. If we cannot get you together, we will at least try and place you in the same hall.
