Completed in 1970, Columbia Hall is a nine-story structure that houses 376 students. There are two wings per floor. There is one Community Assistant per wing (two per floor). Additional rooms off the lobby include study rooms and the Learning Communities Office. The lobby area also contains the front desk.
In the Summer of 2009, Columbia underwent renovations which included a new entryway, all new room furniture, paint and study areas.
During the summers of 2017 and 2018, work was completed on Columbia Hall to add air conditioning to all student rooms.
